Task and responsibilities:

• Administrate the return process of unserviceable parts to the supplier incl. the generation of purchase orders in SAP and additional customer requirements in the different ERP systems
• Collation input for the Purchase Order data from multiple sources
• Extract performance data and reportin

Knowledge:

• Knowledge and experience SAP
• Experience with Purchasing/MRPC/S&OP processes would be an advantage
• Very good experience in MS Office especially in Excel
• Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks and work within time constraints
• Customer facing experience
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Fluent English
