(Senior) Manager Influencer Marketing (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Lead the channel and the team (1 Influencer Marketing Manager)
• Agency selection & lead
• Campaign Performance Tracking
• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies
• Identify key trends and opportunities in influencer marketing.
• Budget Management (up to 7 digits)
• Reporting and Analysis
• Refine strategies based on data insights

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years in influencer marketing, with a proven-track record in delivering strong growth
• Fluent in English, German skills are not mandatory
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
• Exceptional organizational skills, able to handle multiple campaigns at once
• Skilled in using influencer marketing tools and platforms
• Flexible in responding to changes in trends and the influencer environment
