Job Description: Regional Sales Manager - Benelux
A leading medical equipment distributor in Belgium, established in 1988, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for the Benelux region. This company specializes in the sale and maintenance of high-quality medical equipment, including diagnostic ultrasound devices.
Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell ultrasound diagnostic equipment to hospitals, medical practices, and healthcare facilities across the Benelux region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Regularly visit existing clients to maintain relationships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Demonstrate ultrasound equipment on-site at hospitals and medical facilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Attend medical conferences and trade shows to represent the company and its products
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and market insights

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage
  • Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in ultrasound equipment
  • Strong understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications in healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with hospital operations and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Benelux region
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Business, or Healthcare Management)

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in medical equipment sales, preferably in ultrasound devices
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver’s license
