Tasks
This role is essential in driving customer success by leading large-scale zeroG-service delivery projects.
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, harness the power of analytics, and craft the future of aviation with data-driven decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end data and AI projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery
- Collaborate with customers to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Lead all aspects of the development, integration, and deployment of data solutions, including dashboards, reports, and ML/AI predictive models
- Work closely with solution architects, data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business leaders to align technical solutions with business needs
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
- Implement and supervise project management methodologies
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive communication
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Support our sales teams with scoping, effort estimation and staffing

Requirements
- Master´s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid track record in project management, with a focus on leading data and AI projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Miro, Microsoft Project)
- Data-first mindset with strong expertise in data-driven and AI-based leadership
