Project Developer - Renewable Energy (m/f/d)
Permanent employee, Full-time · Cape Town
Ihre Aufgaben
- Development of Renewable Energy projects (Solar, Wind, BESS and Hybrid Projects).
- Identification and securing of new project sites
- Take responsibility for the development of selected projects
- Representing the company towards landowners, authorities, partners, local communities and key stakeholders
- Management of project budgets
- Management of external consultants appointed to assigned projects
Ihr Profil
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Renewable Energy project development
- Solid understanding of the project development cycle, including technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements
- Self-driven, motivated and well organised.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively, nationally & internationally
- Be able to use Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) and common project management tools
- Tertiary education in a technical or commercial field
- Business fluent in English, additional South African languages are a plus
