Tasks
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Being a competent support regarding HR IT domain
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support in English and German
- Communicating and building a good relationship with team and our customers
- Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
- Fulfilling requests with accuracy and attention to details
- Maintaining process database and documentation
- Cooperating with colleagues from the team and other departments to provide the best service
- Actively participating in the IT community
- Working with Product Manager responsible for respective system to better understand the technical background
- Taking part in building strong IT 1st level support for entire LH Group
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
