As a Procurement Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced procurement team. This hands-on internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contractual aspects. You will gain practical experience in sourcing and contract negotiation.

Tasks

  • Assisting in the procurement for the category managed services
  • Evaluating supplier proposals
  • Maintaining and extending the contracts
  • Collaborating with various departments (demand organizations) to meet their procurement needs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in German as a subject or Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Very good command of English
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication abilities
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • German - nice to have, min. B1 level
  • CV/Resume required
  • Must possess permit to work in Poland
