Become head (m/f/d) of the container plants department in our main company in Tremmen and shape the green future with us at the gates of Berlin. As one of Europe's leading tree nurseries, we cultivate a unique range in modern production facilities on over 800 hectares - from light shrubs to specimen trees that have been transplanted eight times.
Your tasks:

• Leading and organizing the team in the container plants department
• Ensuring the quality standards of our products and optimizing production processes
• Coordination of work processes as well as the use of personnel and materials

Your profile

• Completed studies (university/technical college) or completed training with a horticultural background
• Practical experience in the green sector
• Team spirit, flexibility, independent work
• Good knowledge of plants and organizational skills
• Dedicated work style and strong communication skills
• Driving license class B, T desirable
