About the position
8 hours is 50% of your life that you spent awake. At Ambrosys we want to make sure that this time is spent in an environment where people feel comfortable and safe. As a part-time Feel-Good Manager/in you will be responsible for creating such working environment and will take care of our employees` well-being.
Your main tasks will include:
- providing drinks and tasty and healthy snacks on a daily basis
- organizing the kitchen
- maintenance of non-technical equipment
- planning & organization of team events
- ordering and purchasing the groceries and office materials
- taking care of the employee's birthdays and gifts
- supporting the office management
Your profile
- you have strong organizational skills and work in an independent and structured manner
- you have hands-on mentality and enjoy looking for improvements
- you are an excellent communicator
- you have very good German and English skills (C1)
