Tasks
- Extraction & processing of data from various LH Systems
- Business reports generation for external institution (ex. IATA, ICAO)
- Ad-hoc basic report management
- Independently handling incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal with customers
- Creation of standard reports
- Distributing reports in accordance with defined standards
- Updating process documentation on daily basis
- Technical Data Interpretation & Analysis
- Optimizing & Automating - business reports preparation
- Using and developing automated solutions ideas for report preparation
- Maintaining high quality standards
- Continuous Improvement
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Good command over English and German (min. B1)
- Good command of MS Excel and Power Query
- Tableau and/or PowerBI experience will be an asset
- Python and/or SQL and/or VBA will be an asset
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
